Just saving you some time - it won't work on a 2003 Camry.
So, I *did* read the description, which says it works with a 2018-2023 Toyota Camry, but I was hoping it would work with my older 2003 model. Sadly is doesn't. At $20, it's relatively inexpensive, and you could always try it with "non-approved" model years, but based on my experience, you'd have to get very lucky.That said, the idea is very clever. It uses the vehicle's CAN bus to monitor certain messages and injects new commands (like raise the window) when it is triggered.

Is more annoying then helpful
It does more than is in the description, it honks the horn when you lock the doors and turns on the flashers when you put the car in reverse. I ordered it for my fiancées car for added safety, but some of the things it does are just too annoying.
