I've use lacto fit before specifically the gold one and wanted one that helps with dieting. Just comparing these two, this sliming one although having 20billion probiotic, it didnt work as well as the gold. The gold helped me become more regular with the bathroom and belt less bloated. This one actually increased my constipation, the packets were puffed with lots of air inside so not sure it was a bad batch. But it also didnt go down the stomach as well compared to the gold packets. These tasted weird and I had to drink some water to water it all down after.
