Easy setup, connects with Alexa, can lock or unlock from anywhere with app
This lock has worked flawlessly for me. I read some of the reviews, so I waited a little over a month and a half of use before I gave my review. I haven't had any problems. It was really easy to install and it connected with Alexa really easy. I'm able to lock and unlock my door with voice command, through the app, manually, and with a key. I also have it set to lock automatically after 30 seconds which is a nice feature when your hands are full, or you forget to lock the door behind you, and the app gives you real-time lock and unlock stutus for piece of mind. The battery is also holding up quite well. This really works well for me, because I travel for work and I can lock or unlock my door using the app from anywhere.

Works well, looks great
Bought for our 1899 house so we didn’t have to take off our original hardware. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to get a part to make the lock work but other than that install was very easy. If not for our lock set being antique it would have been even easier! Lock works great for the price and you can’t tell from the outside. Fingerprints for adults work well, but not so well with our kids tiny fingers. That is literally my only complaint. Otherwise I love being able to leave my keys behind on walks or get in easily when I forget my keys inside.

Love it!
I’ve been looking for a retrofit lock for a long time. Been using it for a couple of weeks, and battery life seems good. Got it on a prime day deal, but would have paid full price.Pros:Easy to installWorks flawlesslyKeypad works flawlessly with the passcode and fingerprintsNice that it stores what fingerprint you useAuto-lock feature is smartCon:It annoys me that door sensor doesn’t notify me that the door is open. It just shows an open door icon on the app.

Instructions could be better
UPDATE: I’m lowering my rating because of the following problems.#1. It eats batteries faster than anything I have ever owned.#2. When our Xfinity WiFi does its annoying reboots of our router, it doesn’t always reconnect#3. To get it to reconnect, I have to take it off the door, try to press the smallest reset button I have ever seen#4. I now have a large lock/unlock knob and have to use the key when ever we leave the hose.Definitely not recommendedThe installation was a little more involved than was necessary because the dead bolt bing replaced was probably the original installed 30 years ago. On the first attempt following the instructions to have the bolt retracted, it would not work even with the key from the outside. I loosened the screws and was able to wiggle the inner assembly to reposition the bolt and turn the key to the lock position. I decided at that time to remove the inside plate and reinstall it with the bolt extended. Once I was able to turn the key to lock and unlock positions, I retracted the bolt and continued with the installation steps. Finished the installation and was able to lock and unlock the door from inside. So far, so good. Now for the phone app. It asks for email, password, and a code. The installation book said the code was on the back of the battery cover. I tried everything I could read. Failed every time. Finally I called the help number. The lady asked if I got the email with the code. NOT MENTIONED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. I checked and had 6 emails. Used the code on the last one and was able to complete the setup. My only remaining issue is with the voice command, and I should have researched more on that. I have Siri, Alexa, and Google. It doesn’t work with Siri so can’t unlock from my watch. Alexa will lock the door but I have not been able to get her to unlock. I haven’t tried the Google Assist yet, that’s next. Over all I’m not sorry I made this purchase, but when I find a dead bolt replacement that is this easy to install and works with Apple, I’ll probably pass this on to a relative.

The lock works well. The app needs a little work.
Installation is VERY easy, the installation instructions are very well written. The app needs some work. If you don't allow notifications on your phone from the app, it will pop up a dialog box every time you launch the app to tell you that you need to enable notifications on your phone. It is Relentless about this. One of the problems with the app is with the sharing feature. You can share the lock with any number of people, but only in two modes: family mode and guest mode. Family mode is basically full administrative access to the lock and everyone with family mode access will see, and get notifications, whenever the device locks or unlocks the door. It will tell them who unlocked or unlocked the door if it was done with the app or it will say it was locked or unlocked manually. The other mode is guest mode and it only allows lock and unlock. There doesn't seem to be any day, date, or time controls on either type of user. This device replaces the knob on the inside of your deadbolt, so your key will still work from the outside should you need to unlock the door manually. This version doesn't come with a fingerprint reader... I don't know why they are asking me to rate the fingerprint reader.Update:I learned recently that if your home internet is offline, the lock will communicate directly with your phone for lock and unlock, you just need to be close to the lock. This was a happy surprise! The company seems somewhat responsive to reviews, though I'm not sure any of the app issues have been addressed since I purchased this lock and left the above review 4 months ago. They did refund my entire purchase price, though, so I'll give credit where credit is due.

with doubts
My son and I really liked it, it is very helpful, the problem we have is that it only works on one phone, if he uses the application it logs me out of the system and if I use it it disconnects him too, if it continues like this I will have to return it.

Easy to set up, easy to use and consistent. Quality build.
So far I’ve been very happy with this item. It’s solid and works as advertised. Easy to set up, easy to use and so far consistent. Much better than higher end products I’ve used in the past. Others are quirky, finicky and inconsistent. 6 months plus without a hiccup other than a battery needing replacement !
