Unboxing was simple, it was packaged in proper foam to hold it still, and was double boxed. It came with a user guide for everything you needed to know about your new computer. The side panel to take out the foam holding components still was simple to take out and was explained in the user guide. They even had a piece of paper to tell people who aren't computer literate to plug their display and hdmi chords into the GPU and not the motherboard. The computer booted up with no issues. All the typical windows stuff is here and has a bonus of Office Pro I think it was. There was no bloatware. All my peripherals from my last computer work with no issue with this prebuilt. There's no stickers to worry about that'd void a warranty. I was able to take out the GPU and the shielding from the motherboard to access the m.2 slots to hook up my ssd from my last machine. It works with 0 issues, it's beautiful. A chick I'm into told me about microcenters in her area, so I had to do more research to find out what this place was like. It's heaven. Sadly there are no Microcenters here in Norcal, specifically the Sacramento area. So I ordered this prebuild and even comparing the prices to pcpartpicker the amount they charge is super close to just buying them yourself and building it yourself. The beautiful sleek white aesethic is everything I could ever want in a pc. This PC is so easy to recommend for grandparents or other family members who have money and have a relative that want to get into pc gaming but are overwhelmed where to start. I haven't had to contact support so I can't speak on how they are, though I'm sure they'll know how to guide users.Yes it is an expensive computer, but the price you are paying is for the parts mainly and a little extra for the sound of mind that an expert technician will build the system and get it to you in a timely manner. For the price you pay, I expect first-class to my door shipping. Instead, the USPS was in charge of getting this package to me. Which really meant, I had to track it down because the local postal office didn't even try to deliver this to me. They scanned it at their location and sent me a notice saying they tried to deliver it -- but in reality they didn't even try, it never left the building! So... after that hour and half of tracking down my new computer... and finally getting it home..It's a great system! Quiet, has handled everything I've thrown at it (games, video production, ultra high resolution photography).It only gets 4-stars because of the horrible shipping. If you're going to sell something of this caliber, then don't cheap out on terrible shipping.
