After months of research for my new master bath, I believe the BidetMate 3000e-R is the best higher end (but mid priced) unit on the market. Has everything I wanted in a bidet seat and the smart remote is the best looking and easiest to use. Instant and unlimited warm water, great water pressure at it highest of five settings, plus all the other functions that would be expected on a high end bidet seat. Stainless steel self-cleaning nozzle (with UV sterilization) and five adjustable positions, oscillating and massage functions, three level heated seat, three level high velocity/temperature dryer, body sensor seat, plus a nightlight. Very easy to install. Does require 110V power supply. Another plus, they have a great customer service department located in the USA. Manufacturer doesn’t say if you can sit on the top cover but I do at 165 lbs. with no issues.

Installation was very easy. The plumbing T that is supplied goes on the existing supply line and then hook up to the toilet fitting no other parts needed. The electrical might be more involved. I added a GFCI plug behind the toilet just to keep the insulation clean, but a shot extension board from an existing GFCI could also work. My wife was coming home from back surgery so the heated set was a big hit. As well as the other obvious advantages. The unit has worked flawlessly.

It worked super well very happy to have purchased this bidet, I love how the seat has heaters to keep my rear warm, and has multiple setting and modes plus a light for the bowl.

I hit the "auto" clown (I wrote clean,but my phone is funnier than me) button, then massage, then when it switches up drying, I tap the dryer button twice, which cranks the fan up to the highest setting.Coincidentally, I bought an inline water filter, for top the hard water in Big Bear Lake, CA. Now the water with which I wash my heiny hole is cleaner than the water I shower with. First World Problems...

I had initially purchased two BidetMate 2000s and couldn't have been happier. During a bathroom remodel, one of them was accidentally damaged. I decided to upgrade and purchase the BidetMate 3000 w/ remote. Easily installed, I discovered that upon any attempt to increase the power of either the wash or bidet feature, the stream of water didn't increase; it became quite loud, sputtered with less pressure, and barely a stream. I reached out to the manufacturer through Amazon and was instantly approved to return the item. After paying $482.76 for this product, here's the breakdown of my refund."Here's the breakdown of your refund for this item: Item Refund: $447.00 Item Tax Refund: $35.76 Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($223.50)"I'm sorry, there's a restocking fee for a defective product? They will likely say it wasn't returned clean enough or wasn't defective. I regret buying another BidetMate 2000 with this level of deceptive customer service.Buyer Beware!
