I purchased this item for after knee surgery. This clay ice pack is awesome! It holds the cold for a very long time- I have 2 and rotate them through the deep freezer, they last about an hour or so. They are super flexible, even when frozen, so they were perfect for my knee.

This is soft and comfortable to lay on when my back is hurting. Holds the coolness for a good amount of time. The size is also great as it covers my whole back in my problem areas.

This worked well for after having surgery and was the perfect size. I like that it has a cover and bag to keep it clean. I would buy again.

Freezes well and the cover is nice. My con is that to help the internal goo from sliding g to one end the put a seam in the middle. Sounds like a good idea but, the middle is where I want to center my injury.

Ice Wraps are the best brand of ice packs we have ever used, and we have tried many.. The secret is they are made using clay. It make the ice pack heavy, it stays in place, and the patients in our clinic love them. You can mold it, and it holds the cold for a longer period of time. It also comes with a soft cover to protect the skin. Would not purchase any other brand.

This lasts much longer and more intense than the conventional ice pack.c I first used at physical therapy and had to buy one for home use.

Really like this! The clay filling is a big improvement to the gel and it stays a comfortable cool for longer. I don't love the 'bag' that it comes in as I find it is too big for the ice pack and doesn't hold it that well, but I bought this for the ice pack and not the bag, so it's not a big deal.

Did not receive a cover just the ice pack. Ice pack was wet but haven’t seen I leak yet.? Good size for my chronic back pain.

This ice pack is excellent. It stays really cold for the entire 20 minutes. I used it for therapy on my shoulder. If they wanted to improve it, they would include a sleeve with velcro straps so you could wrap it around the affected area without holding it.

I like it. It gets really cold. The case should be a little thicker.
