Grilled so many sandwiches till today, its working flawlessly. Heating level is superb not burning it out. Plates are easily cleaned. Not getting sticky.Absolutely recommend getting one if you are looking for something like this.

Easy to Clean
Works and Toasts Great. Easy to Clean. Has 2 stages depending the filling you would put in the Bread. Not good to overfill or not something you would wanna slamm it, it's a little Fragile. It doesn't really cut thru all the way but still love it.

Too compact
It cooks sandwich is good. I love a stuffed sandwich, but it’s smaller than I thought it would be wish it were just a little bit bigger.

I wish I could clean it
I wanted so badly to love this thing. It seriously works excellent. Makes great sandwiches. But now the product is ruined cause it's IMPOSSIBLE to clean. No removable plates, no ability to get cheese off, nothing. I'm just gonna keep using it until it gives out due to cheese overload. Got a cast iron one instead that I can actually wash. I think it's like 10 bucks from Lodge. A much better investment.
