Worth every penny! I feel so much better!
These gummies are life changing! I went through a few year phase of not eating red meat and not eating much meat in general and I noticed that it took a major toll on my health. I was constantly feeling fatigued, always cold, mood swings etc. I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I have noticed a huge difference!! Increase in my energy, my PMDD symptoms aren’t as bad, I’m not always freezing for no reason and I just feel better overall! I will definitely be purchasing more when I run out! Worth every penny!

Finally got my iron up!
I had low iron and even after months of taking iron pills, my iron was higher, but still too low. I had read that gummies could be easier for the body to absorb so I decided to give these gummies a try and before even finishing a bottle, my iron was back to normal levels!

They are getting four stars because the look good and smelled good but kid said they didn't taste good. Could be a kid problem so.....

Great for energy
I first received a different flavor of this product through the amazon vine free program. Because of how much extra energy I had I am now purchasing it myself. I've noticed by taking this, I no longer need to use compression socks. My energy levels went from not wanting to leave the couch to actually getting stuff done. I like the blueberry flavor better but the strawberry was fine too. I only take one a day. I think it's strange that vitamins include over 100% of what you need when you also get vitamins from food so I prefer a lower dosage and I find that one alone is enough.

Not toddler friendly
I think this gummy is too tough for a toddler. The color is nice but i think if it was softer my toddler would be willing to eat it.

Picky kid approved!
I needed an iron supplement for my 6 year old picky eater since her multi vitamin gummy didn’t contain iron. These are great. My kid loves the taste and never complains about taking them. The price is also reasonable, hopefully it stays that way. I’ll be buying more of these once we run out.
