Great quality and smell
I love these dried rose petals I add them into coffee, milk latte cocktails and even just my water. I’ve also used them to garnish savory dishes, as well as breakfast type items like yogurt and cottage cheese highly recommend

A must have in my pantry!
So yum! I love using these petals for teas, syrups and other infusions. Beautiful color and fresh, true, tea-rose fragrance/flavor.

Great quality
A one pound bag was much bigger than I expected. I bought it to make goats milk soap for baby shower party favors and had enough left over that I added some essential oil and made sachets as well. They were a huge hit!

Very Pleased.....And Surprised
I had been ordering organic rose petals in smaller amounts from other vendors. I decided to go for the one pound bag from Greenhill Tea because its a good value and I've found more uses for rose petals lately. I've been using them in my black tea since traveling to the Middle East decades ago and tasting it there, but am now using them in baking and in homemade facial masks. I was very surprised at the size of the bag, and also delighted by the beautiful fragrance when I opened it. Haven't used them in tea yet, but I doubt they could have been certified organic if they had been dyed as one reviewer stated. Any deeply coloured flower will quickly colour the water (butterfly pea flowers come to mind) when making tea....just as black tea does on contact with hot water. For anyone wondering, these rose petals come from Egypt.

Purchase for friend
It was purchased for a friend who likes tea, I would like to try it too, always like rose tea or rose milk tea. Probably will try to make rose milk tea when I visit her. lol. The resealing definitely helps to keep the freshness.

the rose has probaby been dyed with artificial color
I tried to use this to make a rose tea and I believe these petals have probably been dyed using some sort of artificial color before they were sold. When I was brewing my tea, the water turned into a very bright red color very quickly and all the red hue seemed to wash off the rose petals completely only after a few minutes. Real and high quality rose petals usually won't "color' the water so quickly unless the some artificial dye has been used. I am concerned about the side effect of this dye on a human body since I am not sure what kind of dye it is and if it is safe to digest (please don't tell me it is red40...). USDA would not certificate this product as organic! I would not drink it without talking a doctor first.
