Easier than power

I’m new to the gym and haven’t tried creatine and any other supplements before…these gummies seem to get me more energized after a long work day. Hard to tell if it’s all from these or not but the pick me up has been noticed since I started eating them.

I think the price and flavor of these gummies are great. They gave 5mg for four gummies which is the boost I was looking for with muscle growth. The only issue is twenty minutes of so after ingesting the gummies they give me a horrible sour stomach feeling. I have a stomach of steel and rarely sensitive to anything I ate. If you have a sensitive stomach, these are not for you; stick to the powder.

I have found that creatine genuinely does make a difference in my energy levels snd muscle soreness. For the simple version of this review, they are tasty and they seem to work well. They definitely achieve what I ordered them for! Quite easily. There are five g of creatine monohydrate in four gummies. BUT be aware that the company is not easily verified. You are on your own as to whether or not you trust the label.The longer review. I have ordered a lot of creatine gummies from many different manufacturers. These ones definitely win the flavor contest, hands-down. These taste the best out of any of the other brands that I have tried. It's kind of a light lemony candy. Smells a bit like lemon pledge, but it's sweet and easy to eat. Honestly, I wouldn't even call it a gummie. It's a soft jellybaby ish with a dissolving quality, shaped into a funky little hat. I would definitely keep the bottle out of range of children. They would probably eat too many. It has more extra ingredients than a few of the other ones, mostly of the sweetening and stick together sort. I took a picture of the label.Regarding traceability: the website listed on the side of the bottle is nonexistent as of the time of this writing – specifically, 2:03 PM, Saturday, May 4. (May the fourth be with you!). There is an actual address in Florida on the bottle; however, a Google search and Street view reveals it to be an office building currently occupied solely by law offices. Mind, that doesn't mean that they haven't rented an office there, but a search for "Native Oasis supplements" pretty much only turned up what was listed on Amazon and a few of the same bottles on eBay.So you're going to have to decide your own comfort level regarding authenticity. I will use the bottle and I'm glad they seem to work, but nobody said I was bright, either.

these gummies have a lovable flavor and the grittiness of creatine was much lower than I expected. If you’re looking for an alternative to powder and the chalkiness that comes with it I’d recommend snagging these and giving them a try.

This is really easy to swallow and taste great, but it did add a lot of sugar although I did like the taste
