Excellent flavor. I use both in soups, eggs, & even baked goods.

I made Kalua pork in a crock pot with this Hawaiian salt and it turned out delicious. I couldn't find this salt in any local grocery stores so it's fantastic to be able to order and have it within a day or two.

I use the black salt in my vegan (tofu) egg scramble.

A little definitely goes a long way with these. They will change the color of your food. I used the black lava on my chicken once and it made my chicken look gray. The red salt turned my chicken pinkish (of course I had to test it out, I couldn't resist). I had a laugh, delicious non the less. Will continue to purchase.

Good so far

These salts have a lot of flavor; especially the smoked bacon. The only issue is the they very small containers. Each bottle can only be used for a couple of meals. I will find each flavor in larger sizes next time. The size containers are very good as a trial type of situation. Very small sizes
