Best bag for daily usage

The bag got delivered within 3 days after ordering, great speedy service,I ordered in Green color and it's and in hand it looks amazing!!, the chains are covered under secured reflective layer and I am able to carry all my office stuff hassle free, from notepad, bottle. umbrella to laptop, it fits all!! The straps are better than the traditional ones, which are stitched separetely to end of bag, rather its a single fabric from which the straps are joined and which is comfortable on shoulders, totally value for the price paid.

Worst purchase
One of the worst purchase of mine. Even after a replacement for the first one for poor quality and tearing on shoulder straps, the second one also started showing all the same signs and it just keeps getting worse. Cloth has started to rip and the shoulder straps are again ripping off.
