Great resistance bands
Great resistance bands. I use them for classes and they really stand up to a lot of use. Love the grip on the inside, stops band from sliding and bunching. Highly recommend.

Not suitable for post op exercises
I wanted these to strengthen my knee after a full replacement. I couldn't use it at all, the fabric was quite hard and dug into you, and the even band was far too tight. Felt impossible to put the band in place. May be okay if you are very fit but not suitable for someone who is rebuilding strength after major surgery
