Somebody who has low b12 along other vit deficiencies, anxiety and overthinking , these sleep gummies are a blessing.The result is amazing. I was unable to fall asleep after trying everything under the sun- milk with nutmeg, meditation, chanting, not watching screen, sleep meditation and what not. All these would work for few nights and I will be back to square one once my mind will know what’s gonna come and the anticipation wouldn’t help me sleep again.They help you fall asleep within 10-15 min.Two things to be kept in mind if you want these to work- take them at least 40-45 min before you plan on hitting bed; try to start unwinding before bed.I started with 2 gummies for the first two nights and I felt drowsy during the next day. So I reduced the dose to just one gummy and they work like a charm.Don’t expect them to work if you have high anxiety or are worried about something serious.These are sleeping aid and shouldn’t be used daily. I feel that they are not habit forming. If I didn’t have them for few nights, I want loosing sleep. I wasn’t feeling drowsy during the day. The only thing that I noticed is that I would wake up within 6-7 hours of sleep after having these gummies. That meant that if I slept around 10/10:30 after taking these gummies, I would wake up around 4:30 in the morning. I was able to fall asleep after that but I would wake up that early.All in all a good product. I wouldn’t wanna use them forever but these are good to have in short term if you know you are having sleepless nights and want to wake up fresh.

I was very skeptical at first to try this product but I went with my gut and purchased it. But this turned out to be a super useful product as it really helped my father with his inconsistent sleep.
