Great keg for home-brewed kombucha
I make booch in a 2 gallon fermenter, and then keg it in this for carbonation/dispensing in my garage fridge. This is pretty much exactly the same as the 5 gallon corny kegs I used to keg beer in (in terms of in/out ball lock valves for CO2 & dispensing line, and pop-out lid), but obviously smaller, and fits great in the fridge without taking over the whole fridge. Love it.
