Good chair comfortable

This product is very much comfortable to all office work ie. copmuter,reading and writing in table. Chair is very soft in seeting. I m happy to seating all condition.

very poor quality material used by this company. they have used plywood sheet at the bottom and on that their so called Patented SmartGRID Technology cushion and it is covered by using poor quality black cloth,back rest mesh also has poor quality, they have given holes to attach the back rest, hand rest and wheels frame to the plywood piece at the bottom if plywood brakes then the whole chair will brake these kind of chairs are available in market for 4k to 5k

First of all its not packed properly and few screws missing were finally recovered from the corner of the box. And about the product, the much hyped patented technology seats were not as smooth as expected and i think its just a marketing gimmick. The build quality is excellent, but its priced also like that. Overall its just ok product and not a value for money. bought it at 9k for which I think there are better optionsWould like to review it after 2 weeks of usage. The build quality is awesome and literally no sound it makes while sitting/moving. And the seats though I initially not comfortable, it now seems better than my old chair. So changing rating to 4*

Chair quality is good and solid built

Mesh is supportive, not having shoulder pain issues that I had with other chairs. Lumbar support is helpful as well.

Overall product quality is OK...back support is fine. Seating comfort is OK...not great..seat back rest is forcing to lean back...and lower seat is occupied by back rest and 20% of the lower seat is useless. Sleep company wants to project smart grid technology rather than comfort of chair. I feel ergonomics are not upto the mark. sleep company clearly shown differentiation between this UNO model and other higher range model. People opt for this as budget friendly but I recommend to go for next model or other..tilt lock works at different angles most of the other brands do not provide...this is not cheap product...but provided worst quality screws, few are rusted...two screws already started slipping while fitting. Pathetic instruction manual...xerox copy provided with poor print quality not able to see and not able to understand. You are projecting yourself as big brand what kind of attention you are paying towards important things?
