4 per day, not a years worth!
Great seller but do more research than I did. I wrongly assumed as there were 360 tablets that this was a years supply. Wrong! 90 days worth and you have to take 4 of these massive bullets a day. Before and after exercise, whixh you may or may not do.Not saying that’s wrong. Just not remotely as convenient or good a price as first thought so wont be buying again.

Assume it’s quality Creatine in the capsules
For me the capsules are a bit on the large size so I open them and add to breakfast muesli. Fairly tasteless so works well. Priced competitively so hope the contents are of good quality.
