Mr Asif brought the sofa in for me assembled amazing helpful and polite man would definitely order again from him

I bought this item 10 months ago, however over the last month or so two of the seams on one of the units have started to fray and separate (material on the seat of the sofa) We don't have kids or pets and are at work most of the day so it's not as if it has had a lot of use and certainly no misuse!!!.Despite weeks of trying to resolve the situation with the seller and maker via Amazons poor customer service system, we have received little or no help and to date we have a sofa, starting to fall apart and no recourse.

The sofas were quickly delivered, its of good quality. but do not opt for assembly from the sellers- it literally takes 1 minute to setup. you dont need to pay extra for a 1 minute job. plus they wont take away the cardboard boxes, shall still leave a mess behind when you are not watching.

The arms not good to lean on ,easy to assemble

Beautiful corner sofa, only had a few days so can only go off that but it’s a lot bigger than I expected, very comfortable and sturdy, delivered earlier than expected (not complaining) the guys also put it together swiftly, as for now I would definitely recommend.

bought these sofas in July had them for 2 months before they started to rip and tear have tried to message the company multiple times with no response I called the company and someone told me they can’t help and will get a manager to sort this it’s been over 2/3 months without any contact worst sofa quality I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent value for money and most importantly we thought maybe their was something wrong as we could not get the sofas to recline and were fearful of causing damage. They immediately phoned me and then it was followed up by the Manager. They sent to men the same day and showed us that it was gawpidity and muppetism on our part for which they were bemused but very polite.. We are very happy with the 2 sofas and would highly recommend this supplier ...old school customer service.
