I bought as like many older men I'm starting to have problems. Although this works and my large waste size everything fitted perfect But it is alittle bulky as I've no ass to speak off and the seat of my trousers got bigger. What I need is front protection. If things get worse as I get older I'm sure these are a god send. But for the moment not something I need, but at least I know now.
