I bought this for my sister for a Christmas present. I was a little nervous about the quality. However, she uses it every day and says it’s perfect!! The bowl and whisk are especially nice.

People, don't forget to dry the Chasen before put back to the clear case, or you'll get it mold. So my daughter started to learn Sado at school and I bought one in Japan. After first time of use, I let it get mold.. So here I am, I bought one again on Amazon in the US..People who complain about getting mold need to learn that's how the chasen is. It was my beginner's mistake. haha- 1 star, cause I don't like the bowl has spout. lol

Very nice set with all the essentials you need to make a perfect cup of matcha. Great gift for beginners who are just getting their hands on homemade matcha. Great quality bowl of comfortable size for whisking and pouring. The only thing is the whisk itself got damaged too fast but that might be my fault.
