Great Product, wish Amazon would deliver
I purchased this exact same laptop earlier this year and am very happy with it. So happy I got my wife the same one, which arrived today. My only complaint is that Amazon...or maybe the seller...is shipping via UselesS Postal Service. This has been the case for many of my recent packages. Those idiots leave packages marked fragile on the back of the mailbox, sometimes in the rain. Fortunately we have cameras and keep an eye out for the postal freaks, since we know their MO. Anyway, good product, well worth the price, needs better delivery.

Excellent value, works great
I received my refurbished laptop, packaged nicely,and securely. The computer looks almost brand new, comes with Windows 10 OS, and setup was quick and easy. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Still waiting on my approved refund
My product return was approved on 2/21, I mailed it out immediately and it was received by Anthony on 2/24. I still have not received a refund. These are computers for my business, and every day they are down costs us money.

Not what I ordered, but it's all good
Ordered a Latitude 5570, but what arrived was a Precision 3520. The specs on the new machine were as good or better than what I ordered, so I will be keeping it I guess. It just doesn't give me a lot of confidence about buying from them again.
