I have only used the product a couple times, but it seems to work well.

Not user friendly.
Just got this delivered today. None had ever been opened. So I proceeded to open up one box. Got this pen-like thing with a brush at the end. I can see the gel inside the tube. But I cannot figure out how one is supposed to access the gel.

Doesn't fix anything
1st they sent me 1 tube, and that been opened and possibly used. They sent 3 more tubes. Of course I had to pay again.
