This tape is very useful for supporting the muscles. Value for money and adhesive quality is very good.

Likes: waterproof so it lasts 2 days, decent quality, it's got a good amount of stretch on it, nice design goes good with tattoos😂, The roll is bigger than other brands, and the hold is much better than the other one I had used earlier.Dislikes:- it's should be easier to cut as it tends to stick a lot on the scissors and it's leaves glue residue behind.Other wise it's a nice product
