Disappointed it came in cardboard cheep boxes ?! not original Swarovski box with the velvet inside the necklace was tangled and not packed properly. The earrings have cheap plastic back close not the original titanium Swarovski close . No warranty booklet in the box and is missing the Swarovski label. Not sure if it is Swarovski but dose not look like the photos or the description is much smaller?!

It is fake and charging us full price.Cheap quality.
