Does the job
I like most of the flavors OK, except the melon but that might just be me. Some are just sort of meh, but none of them taste actually bad. They're better tasting than Nuun by far IMO. The salted caramel one is a bit odd tasting. Not bad, just odd. They dissolve quickly and easily. The chocolate one sometimes settles a bit and needs re-shaken. Good ingredient list without artificial sweeteners which don't get along with my digestive system. The higher amounts of key electrolytes definitely make this more effective than most (all?) of the brands you find in the store. I noticed a big, big difference on my sweaty summer hikes. The price may seem high compared to store brands, but when I compared the quantity of sodium to inexpensive Propel packets, each serving of SALTT is equivalent to 4-5 Propel, so it's as good or better value since you don't need as many. The price also compares favorably (at this time) to other brands with similar amounts of electrolytes per packet, coming in a bit cheaper than LMNT. I have re-ordered and plan to stick with this brand.

No more variety packs from here
My wife and I picked up this SALTT Electrolyte Powder Variety Pack to use during our workouts, hoping it would help us stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes after intense sessions. We liked that it’s zero-sugar, gluten-free, and packed with essentials like magnesium, potassium, and sodium—perfect for supporting hydration without the junk you find in some sports drinks. The 30-packet variety pack seemed like a great way to try different flavors and keep things interesting. Some of the flavors were a hit for us, especially the lighter, fruitier ones like the citrus and berry. They mix well in about 16 oz of water, dissolve smoothly with no chalky residue, and give a refreshing boost during and after our workouts. Those flavors helped us power through sweaty sessions without feeling overly sweet or heavy, which we appreciated since we’re trying to keep things clean. That said, we were really disappointed with three of the flavors, particularly the caramel and chocolate ones. The caramel tasted artificial and way too sweet, while the chocolate had a strange, almost bitter aftertaste that made it undrinkable—we both couldn’t finish those. The third flavor we didn’t like was just bland and uninspiring, like it couldn’t decide what it wanted to be. We ended up tossing those packets, which felt like a waste.Overall, the concept is solid, and the good flavors do their job for hydration during workouts, but the inconsistent taste across the variety pack is a letdown. We might give SALTT another shot, but we’d probably go for a single-flavor pack of one of the better ones next time. If you’re looking for an electrolyte mix, this might work, but be prepared to dislike a few flavors in the mix.

As good as LMNT, less expensive, but flavors vary in quality
I've been using Electrolyte power supplementation (doctors orders) and was getting tired of the high prices of other brands so decided to give these a try for a slightly cheaper alternative. I found the flavors pretty good overall. The Summer and Berry varieties were probably the best to my taste. However, the Melon, Mango and the Chocolate, Carmel, unflavored were pretty meh. I would rather have an assorted pack that didn't include so many of the "sweet" or unflavored varieties as those are basically a last resort for me.I get the "hydration" trend, but the price of these supplements are just a little higher than they should be in my opinion. I'd also love it if they came out with more custom options that you could avoid the flavors that you don't prefer.

Not too sweet - great results !
Love these electrolytes- not too sweet, no Stevia taste. They are a bit salty, but I feel much better when I use them for exercise.

Better than LMNT IMO
I tried LMNT’s chocolate flavor and wasn’t too impressed by it. It wasn’t terrible but it was a bit too salty for my taste. I finally tried Salt T’s flavor and it blew me away. It’s become my new favorite hot beverage in the morning.

Best Keto-Friendly Electrolytes – Tastes Great & Works!
I absolutely love Keto Chow SALTT Electrolytes, and I purchase it monthly through Subscribe & Save. As someone with dysautonomia from a TBI, I need electrolytes daily, and this is by far the best, most affordable keto-friendly option I’ve found. Unlike other brands like Liquid IV or LMNT, this doesn’t just taste like salty water—it actually has a delicious, well-balanced flavor that makes me look forward to drinking it.The chocolate and caramel flavors are both fantastic, and I honestly can’t decide which one I like more. Some days, I crave one over the other, but I always find myself wishing I had both on hand. I usually mix one packet with about 32 ounces of water, and it still maintains great flavor even when I top it off after drinking half.Beyond just hydration, this product plays a key role in my ketogenic diet to help manage seizures, making it even more essential for me. If you’re looking for a zero-sugar, gluten-free electrolyte mix that tastes great and actually works, I highly recommend this one.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Would Highly Recommend

Not very tasty
I've been looking for a new electrolyte. I purchased the fruit pack. I wish I would have gotten the small sample pack instead. I thought they would be good as the other brand I use but they aren't.Endless summer and citrus splash taste the same except citrus splash is more sour and has an underlying flavor that tastes like what I imagine pee would be. Both taste strongly of lime.Mando melon doesn't taste like melon. I think it tastes like cotton candy. Stoked mango tastes more like melon and not mango.Booyah berry is good but I hardly taste any berry. The best flavor (surprisingly because I don't usually like it) is orange. It tastes like Tang. Of all the flavors this is the only one that tastes as labeled.I do like how easily it dissolves and it didn't cause sores in my mouth like drip drop. Not happy that I have 2 flavors I will not drink because the taste is too bad. Also the first time I can't return a purchase. That stinks!
