I’m hoping for an antihistamine effect as well…

I do my best to eat a very healthy diet and workout regularly, but I feel that I still have some nutritional gaps that need to be met. I've been wanting to incorporate organ meats into my diet, but they can be very unappealing and somewhat hard to find in my location.. These supplements seemed like a great starting point to help fill in some of those nutritional gaps and to help me get the benefits I was looking for in organ meats. The serving per day is 5 which to me is a lot. I'm a small person (5'3 and around 102 lbs), so I've only been taking 1 per day for about 2 weeks. I haven't changed anything else in my workout, supplement, or diet routines since I started taking them. It's hard to say for sure that this is working, but I can tell you that I feel better since I started taking them and I can only assume that this supplement is providing my body with some of what it was missing. I'm looking forward to giving this more time to evaluate the results, but so far I'm impressed and plan to continue taking these and exploring other similar options to incorporate in the future.

Maybe it’s just me.I am not used to taking a lot of meds or supplements so I may not be used to noticing any changes. However, I did get these because of my recent issues with allergies and generally low energy level. If anything my allergies have maintained to stay as they are, and I have not noticed any boost in my energy levels while taking these.Your mileage may vary. My recommendation is see if this is something you really need first, or try it and if it works for you then go for it.

There's a good reason why mama tried to get you to eat liver - she knew, long before medical experts verified it, that eating liver was an essential nutrient for enhanced immunity and overall good health. But since fresh liver you buy at the market may be contaminated with all sorts of impurities, taking beef organs in organic, desiccated form is better.Zen Principle applies this method with their freeze-dried kidney supplement. My only issue is that a suggested serving is five capsules: Couldn't they have concentrated the powdered form to deliver abigger bang for your buck? And how come five capsules only provides little over 3 grams total? I cantell you that I take four capsules max - and most folks aren't likely to take the recommended dosage,either. So guys, try working on increasing the potency, so we can take less, and still reap the benefits.

In nature, things are associative. For example, if something looks like a brain (walnuts), then it’s probably good for the brain. In the case of this kidney supplement, it’s probably good for your kidneys.I believe that to be the case. Hear me out. I take a lot of supplements, which can be taxing on my kidneys. Since I started taking this supplement, I feel my absorption is a whole lot better! For that reason alone, I recommend this supplement.The capsules are easy to swallow despite the fact four are required per serving. Moreover, you get a generous amount for the price. I definitely recommend.
