I recently purchased the Ozone Accura Smartsafe from Amazon, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service. Before delivery, Mr. Arjun from Ozone coordinated everything seamlessly, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Post-delivery, he guided me through the setup process and was extremely proactive in providing all the necessary support. The product itself is top-notch and meets all my expectations. I strongly recommend the Ozone Accura Smartsafe to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient safe.

Just started using the product and it has good security features.The customer support was great throughout the installation process.

The product looks good, visually apealling. Has various options to unlock the device, i.e. fingerprint, pin, key and the phone app. They also provide an external battery pack to power on the device in case of low battery. The customer care is also on point. Had been contracted by Mr Arjun and he has been very helpful. Hopefully I continue to see such great service over the next few years.

The media could not be loaded. I receive damage product and defected product and Amazon team, when a complaint written request, could not see my request, and after all, I could not change my product . It’s it’s very old product and seems like use used. Amazon team. Tell me that this product will be new and re-insured. That’s why my complaint is closed. My 18,000 is money is useless and worthless because the passcode and thumb impressions are not working. Wi-Fi is not working also.

I had put a very bad review for this product and after Amazon created a lot of hassles in giving a return, even though it says complete refund, I thought of exploring the product with some research on the net and I'm changing my review from 1* to 3*on it.Things work well, but the elementary issues are very poorly explained in the manual. The reset button when you open the door is a small switch behind the door, hidden from view and not as a silver pin sticking out which is unfortunately directed by the safe maker with a sticker, making one believe that the pin is the reset. Figuring out this switch is half the battle one.There is a small white box with a usb cable. There is no mention of this item and it's intended use. It actually opens up and one can put batteries inside to power the safe in case of locker battery failure.When the safe was opened from the box, it would open to any fingerprint. This is not mentioned anywhere in the manual, but it seems to be a default till you set your password and fingerprints. So do not be alarmed. The biometric sensor works later, when the default password are reset.The plastic components used are of poor quality. The shelf supports, the battery holder box are very bad fits and needs a lot of effort to fix them in place. The plastic material is also very delicate and of poor quality.On the whole, the manual needs a complete revision as it does not do justice to the product, which does have some good features.
