This is a good quality weight vest. I use it for some of my walks, and I find it pretty comfortable. It fits nicely over my chest without pinching. The straps are easy to tighten on the sides. I haven't had any issues with the weight material leaking out. This vest performs well for adding resistance to my walks.

The vest arrived relatively quickly and seems to be pretty nice. There is one (minor) thing wrong and I have one small complaint. The reflective fastening straps were sewn on backward, so the reflective portion faces my body, not outward. That's not a problem for me as there are other reflect strips on the vest. My complaint is that the pockets for the sand bags are so tight it's really hard to insert and remove them. I have to tip the bags and the vest upside down to start them into the pockets then push, pull and poke to get them all the way in. It's not very conducive to changing the weights. I'm sure that helps keep them from shaking around when running, however.

The Yes4All Adjustable Weighted Vest offers a good range of weight options and is definitely durable, but it has some drawbacks. The adjustable weights are a great feature, allowing for a customizable workout experience, and the reflective strip adds an extra layer of safety for outdoor exercises.However, I found the vest to be bulkier and less comfortable than I expected. The padding could be improved, as it tends to dig into my shoulders during intense workouts. Most importantly it fits over your head which I didnt like, I wanted a vest that I put my arms throgh like a jacket not like a sweater I uoll over my head It's a decent choice for adding resistance to your workouts, but this one wasnt for me

Love this vest- except for the bold logo on the front (took a black magic maker to fill in the logo-so I'm not walking around the gym with Yes! on my chest)! I like that I can start at the lowest level weight (which is a good weight level) and add on for better strength build.
