Good product for the money. Does exactly what says.. easy to use small size and gives me the comfort what I need when I’m in discomfort with my pain.

The media could not be loaded. I suffer with lower back pain, I sometimes use a hot water bottle on my back on my office chair. Hot water bottles obviously go cold.... This device is great, it is warming and the vibrating aspect is also really good to combat pain. I used it with heat and vibration and a full charge lasted about 4 hours, it does turn itself off after a while but then just switch it back on again. On heat only it lasted me a full working day.I used to suffer massively with period cramps and hot water bottle heat along with scratching my stomach used to relieve that a little, if I had this device when I was younger that would have been an absolute godsend.I have been wearing it over my t-shirt, but the backing fabric is really soft and the whole thing is comfortable. The elasticated waist band is also very comfortable to wear.(excuse the background noise on the video I was cutting using a Cricut in the background - sorry!)

The media could not be loaded. When my eyes fell on this package when I opened the Amazon box, I was like, wow! This looks absolutely mind-blowing. This rechargeable heating pad comes elegantly packaged and would make such an amazing gift to a loved one. I side the package is the instruction manual, the electric heating pad , and a short USB C cable to charge the heating pad. I must point out that it is very thoughtful of designers of this product to give it a USB C charging port and not micro usb like most other electric products that I've received from the Amazon Vine programme. This is a absolutely game changing as it means you can take it along with you on your travels and not worry about carrying along its charger if your phone charger is also a USB C.The instruction manual says to fully charge the heating pad before its first use. It already came 70% charged as displayed on the LED screen when plugging it in to charge. On either side of the LED screen is a button.One is the temperature button, which when long pressed for 3 seconds, lights up red and powers on the device. It initially heats up to 40°, and you can press the temperature button to increase it by 5° until it reaches the maximum of 65°.The other button is the massage function, which when long pressed for 3 seconds, lights up blue and starts the massage function. This button can be pressed again to change the vibration mode. There are a total of 6 vibration modes.The part of the heating pad which comes into contact with your skin feels like a blanket.There is a clip which you release to open the straps so that you can place it around your body and clip it back on. The belt also has an adjustable strap. This is such a cool gadget!Ok so I've just used it and I must say that it is quite impressive. We haven't used it menstrual cramps as yet. But we've used it for other aches and pains on the body. We've used it on the highest heat setting because we'll it's mid winter and we are freezing. We've found that it does make a difference and provides relief to the pain but not permanently. So if it's a random ache or pain it works well. But if it's something chronic, it just provides relief for the duration of its usage and then the pain returns. So my assumption is that since menstrual cramps are temporary or would work perfectly well for that!Overall, I have to admit, this is a really cool gadget and would make a lovely gift to any woman, especially teenage girls who suffer from menstrual cramps.

Good while it lasted but stopped working after 6 months, return window closed so now have to buy something else...

Brought as a endo suffering lady, for long shifts at work! Has helped is comfortable and the vibration functions do help the pain, only downside is the battery life wish could last for longer than 3 hours and it then needs recharge, and it’s slender so u can not tell you have got it on not a bulky as previous similar items I have had,

It can be worn under clothing and is not too bulky and the soft fabric covered rear of the pad has a layer of padding for additional comfort. My partner has been using this heat pad primarily for menstrual cramps as she does suffer with them on a regular basis. It can also be used for lower back and other kinds of abdominal discomfort.Overall this heat pad feels well made from quality materials and when fully charged it has provided 3-6 hours of relief depending upon the settings used. It does take a few hours to fully charge the internal 3000mAh battery even with a fast charger so we always keep it charged to full capacity between uses. It also has overheat protection and will turn itself off after 30mins as a safeguard if the wearer were to fall asleep. It can then be simply turned back on to continue using it and it only takes a few seconds to begin heating again.In summary it is in my opinion a well made versatile heat pad which is portable and convenient to wear. It has a good range of setting options and is nicely presented in an attractive box. Recommended.
