I used PEA for back pain following an injury. It doesn't work immediately like painkillers do; you need to be consistent with it. Although I didn't take the entire recommended dose, it did ease my pain, allowing me to do mild strengthening exercises. I didn't experience any side effects.

I heard liposomal pea was much more effective than regular. I recently ordered this liposomal micronized pea after reading alot about the difference between a regular pea. I liked what I read and made my choice to purchase. I am 69 years old and since I have started taking it, I haven't had any stomach upset, and I feel like my back has eased up. So my plan is to continue. And I would recommend the product.

Have tried other brands and this one is the most effective I've used. The effects of PEA take a few weeks to kick in, but it seems to help quite a bit for the reason I take it.

I started this as soon as it arrived. Very happy with my purchase. It’s a high strength liposomal pea . This form is easier for the body to absorb .There is a total of 60 softgels so it will last me 2 months. It’s 1000 mg and even though it’s a high strength, it doesn’t effect my sensitive stomach. I've been completely pleased & I am returning for more.

Wanted to leave an amazing review but Amazon said I break rules as mention my disability health and how PEA has made my life so much better I now off my opioids sadly unable to say much else tried to contact Amazon so they can clarify but no help there. Gide this product at least a month as can take that long to feel the benefits best ever
