These cherry magnesium gummies are so delicious, I feel like I’m sneaking dessert instead of being a responsible adult! Seriously, I could munch on these all day— Arrived timely and packaged very well. I have had gummies stick together from heat and poor packaging.The consistency is just right—not too chewy, not too mushy.Now, I haven’t been taking them long enough to notice any miraculous changes—like suddenly becoming a yoga master. That's why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5. I’ll have to circle back in a couple of weeks when I can report if I’m a new zen guru.In the meantime, I’ll just keep enjoying my tasty little health boosters. I like it and the Ashwaghanda is good for me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I think it really helps me sleep well. I have tried other brands without the Ashwaghanda and I didn't sleep as well. These seem to work.

I don't like swallowing big pills so I got these magnesium glycerinate gummies. I like that they are not too sweet as it's hard to find a gummy without tons of sugar.

Definitely helps with sleep. I take 3/4 of one gummy and it works great. Test out the dosage and see what works.
