These are more like an actual gummy. But between a fruit snack and a gummy bear. Not gritty. No sugar coating. Tastes a little like a supplement if I’m being picky. I luv em. Don’t think a kid would know it’s a supplement. I can’t take em later in day bc they willKeep me upAt night. So they give energy but not glittery energy. Would buy again 💯👏🏼

My dr recommended I start taking a multivitamin, and this was one of the few I could find that had all the things she recommended. Easy chewable gummies, and I like the taste.

Great way to get your Vitamin D3 even though have to take 2 of them to get the amount you need, the taste is kinda awkward at first. and having to take 2 is going to run the bottle dry fast, Been taking them twice a day, morning and night and honestly I have noticed my skin getting softer and it actually working a bit for the most part. so is it effective, yes is it a bit costly for what you get, a bit. I purchased this for the D3 Vitamin and I'm not that worried about the K2 that is in it since its not even enough to have any effect. that being said. It containing a bit of Vitamin K2 is a good thing but not enough to warrant any kind of higher price.

I suffer from psoriasis and always take vitamin D. This is the best tasting one I’ve taken, is soft, and is easy to chew and swallow. I feel great after taking it and would recommend this to anyone looking for a vitamin D gummy. This tastes like a peach ring candy

I’m not a big fan of peach normally but these gummies are pretty good! The best thing is I notice a difference in my mood. My doctor recommended a D plus K supplement to fight the “winter blues” and I feel like these help!

I thought I would like it more but the peach flavor is too peachy for me. I think the 10000ius of vitamin d is great and vitamins in gummy form are an “easier pill to swallow” for me. I did end up going with a different brand for a different flavor however the strength wasn’t as high as this one. So if you can tolerate peach flavor then I say go for it! 3/5 for flavor from me but that’s personal preference.

These Vitamin D gummies are so good and I love that they are sugar free. Easy to take 2 every morning. Not sure how good they work, will find out next time I get bloodwork done if my vitamin D levels are no longer low.
