So far, its a great power station
So far, this unit has been trouble free. I like the connectivity features, and expand-ability. I tested it with my 100W solar panel, which fed it 19VDC at 90ish watts. It charged the battery 10 % in about an hour and a half. That's not terrible considering it is only 100W.I previously had a AC180 which I sold, this is a much more solid choice. Its heavier, and bigger but offers double the WH. Worth it.

Nice to have for backup power.
This really saved us when our electricity went out for a weekend. We plugged the fridge into it (19 cu ft one) and it lasted a couple days with no problem. (We used smaller power stations in other parts of the house to keep the modem going, and to charge various smaller devices.) This thing has lots of battery power, but I would suggest to prospective buyers that a couple smaller power stations in addition to this would be a handy thing to have for grid-down situations, if only because of the logistics of electrical needs in various locations within a house. BTW, this thing is heavy, 64 pounds, but it has nice handles. One person could lift it to move short distances, but a second person (or a dolly) would be helpful for longer distances. A nice feature is that it has the 30 amp outlet, so it could be used to power an RV with direct plug-in, but in our case (class C motorhome with a nearby basement storage compartment), even though it seems ideal at first glance store it in the compartment for backup power, I wouldn't want to have it jiggling around in there while driving, would much rather keep it inside to prevent the extra vibration. But then, there's the weight thing... Life is full of tradoffs.

Power Outage No Problem with the Bluetti
Decided to get ready so purchased this and it works great. Use 2 100 watt panels and it charges fast. The size it good for such a large capacity unit. This thing is built well and see not problem with it. Kept the Frig going in the summer heat for 28hrs.

Excellent Power Station with Some Proprietary Quirks
Overall, I'm very pleased with the Bluetti AC200L Portable Power Station ( "Solar Generator" ). It works as expected and has been reliable for the past few months. I purchased the Bluetti B300K battery as well and that added another 2764.8 Wh of capacity. Installation was simply plug and play with no setup required. However, the provided cable is quite short and due to the location of the expansion ports the battery needs to be placed on the left side of the AC200L and not stacked unless the battery is turned around backwards. This is a very odd engineering and design choice. The system with added B300K battery takes up much more shelf space than anticipated. Another quirky design decision is the omission of a 30amp 12V outlet. The older AC200Max has a 12VDC 30 amp port. This was replaced by a 48VDC proprietary outlet that requires the purchase of a Bluetti D40 DC to DC converter ($199 approx). The 12VDC port on the AC200L is limited to only 10Amps. I see no logical reason to need to spend the additional money to get a high power 12VDC source. I simply wired a nearby battery or this purpose . . . I refuse to buy an expensive proprietary add-on device to connect a high power 12VDC appliance. The 48VDC port cannot be used without the D40.The use of Aviation style plugs for AC power and solar inputs is another unnecessary use of proprietary connectors. To attach solar panels to the AC200L you need to use the included adapters from MC4 connectors to ST60 connectors and another adapter from ST60 to the proprietary aviation plug are needed. A simpler approach would be to have MC4 inputs directly on the AC200L, avoiding all these adapters. These are distractors from the overall quality and utility of the unit. The Android app connections via both Bluetooth and WiFi have worked flawlessly. I can easily monitor and change setting remotely via WiFi. The connection has been stable with no connection issues for weeks at a time and provides access to all settings and useful energy usage data. One omission to the remote data is the time remaining information that is present on the front panel screen. Why this was omitted is unclear and seems like an easy to add feature. Bluetti has a full line of power stations with similar product numbering and names. This was a bit confusing when shopping and selecting the correct product for my needs. Not all similarly numbered products have the same expansion and connectivity options.

Awesome for van life
I have had this product for several months now and I couldn't be happier. I use it to power everything in my self built camper bus. It can more than handle the load. Extremely easy to use. Customer service was great as well. I needed a cord that was sold out and was vital to my use of the generator. They had it to me in 4 days and check with me to make sure it solved my issue. I will definitely be buying the B300K expansion battery as I am one for overkill when it comes to power supply. Really a great product and highly recommend.

Totally useless and very difficult to use.
I have been trying for two months to get this plus the D40 DC battery charger to actually work.Tech is slow to respond and keeps asking for pictures or videos of the "problem". This is really only a delaying action since the pics and vids show nothing but the absence of lights on the panel not being lit.No matter what I do, I keep getting "alarm" signals telling me something is "wrong" with the system. The manual says to cycle through the 4 battery options on the D40, but the cycle button only works intermittently.I have had this too long to return to Amazon, but I am going to try to return it directly to Bluetti due to it being faulty equipment. Also, the D40 requires a special power cord to connect the solar panels to the D40 charger. You can ONLY get this from Bluetti and they have been out of stock for a long time. They also charge $39.00 for a cord that costs $9.99 for a similar cord on Amazon (the Amazon cords are not available with the RED Anderson plug for some reason which is required for the D40 input).

This BLUETTI performs great.
This BLUETTI is perfect for couples RV. I purchased this over a year ago and I have not been disappointed. I installed it in my 2023 Grandesign XLS17. Plus I installed a 200 amp hour Lossigy 200AH lipo4 battery to run all my 12volt items and an automatic transfer switch. No more generators running on overnight stays at cracker Barrel.
