Wrong Halls Product Delivered
I wanted the Hals Triple Soothing Action - Cherry lozenges and I got Halls Relief instead. One is very Cherry flavored the other has an extremely strong menthol flavor; which I do not like. I put one in my mouth by mistake and needless to say. I am not happy! I have had very few instances where Amazon has made a mistake, but in this case I now have 4 bags of lozenges I can't use.

NOT TRIPLE ACTION
My dad is literally on his deathbed and all he wants is the TRIPLE ACTION cough drops, and what they actually sent was NOT the triple action. The tag says triple action but the actual package is just the relief.

This is my 'Go to' Cough Drop
I had previously used up the cough drops that I bought last year, so I needed a new package. I looked around and couldn't find the Hall's cough drops at any of the local stores, so I purchased these on Amazon.I like the product because it soothes your throat, reduces any coughing, and has a reasonably good taste. Other cough drops I've taken EITHER sooth your throat, OR reduce your coughing. This one does both.
