Not the best but ok
It cuts out after 1000w. Not quite what I was expecting from your advertising 2200w..

Ok for those that do not know much about Eletrics. The car plug looks like 1mm or possibly 1.2mm. BE AWARE there is no fuse fitted in the ciggie lighter plug. I would not use this. The cable clamps are approx 2 or 2.5mm wire. 1mm will carry 7.5A MAX, 2mm wire will carry approx 15A, both will get hot. This is not silicon coated wire so de rate it by 50%. Going to connect this to 12 V 200Ah LI battery, connected to a Victron converter with 2 x 400 Watt solar panels. Supplying a 100 watt PTC heater to break the damp so my tools do not rust, there is a fan blower to dissipate the heat.I will carry out several tests & report back.Watch this space

Worked for my purposes,
I got this so that I could charge my laptop in the car, it seemed to do that effectively.the item comes with a car adaptor to go in a power point, and clips to add directly to a battery,I imagine you can't pull much current via the power point as it'd blow the fuse, connecting directly to the battery while running the engine would likely allow you to pull more power as there would be no issues with fuses.A friend has a some solar panels, connected to some batteries, which he runs low voltage devices, I'm going to lend him this to test out how it allows him to power a few 240 v devices in the out buildings.
