I noticed several reviews that said this fan is small. It is but it’s every bit as powerful as bigger fans that we have like this. It has a bit of vibration noise. It’s not very loud but I have it sitting on a rug upstairs and you can hear it downstairs. It’s a little annoying when you are downstairs. I love that it rotates so that it can be pointing up for air circulation without having to have it blow directly at you when it’s not hot enough to need that. I think it’s pretty good quality. I prefer metal fans over plastic. Other than the minor vibration issue, I can find nothing else about it that isn’t great. I’ve had it running almost nonstop for about 2 months and it’s still working as well as it did right out of the box.

I have used those pedestal plastic fans for years and years, which require constant cleaning of the fan blades and eventually just die. This is a very powerful fan that won't let you down. I'm extremely pleased with the performance and how much air it pushes. As a matter of fact, I use mine specifically to direct cold air from the HVAC vents down the hallway towards the bedrooms. It works extremely well and doesn't seem to require any maintenance. Keeping in mind, this is basically a floor fan. You might want to place it on a chair. It does move lots of air, that's for certain. And, it isn't loud.

This Tornado high-velocity floor fan is a beast! It's incredibly powerful and moves a ton of air. I love the sturdy metal construction – it feels like it will last for years. It's perfect for cooling down my workshop, and I especially appreciate the adjustable tilt head. If you need serious air circulation, this fan is a great choice.

Moves a lot of air for.a.small fan

Not bad. Ours has a slight squeal on low speed. So at night it gets set on medium or high. Other than that it's fine.

These fans are great! If you’re looking for a fan that blows a good hard cold stream of air, these are it! We also love a fan that’s loud (not in a bad way) it helps soothe the kiddos to sleep. Very easy to use, three speed settings good value for these types of fans.

Works great and need to put loctite on nuts for wheels due to vibrate loose and came apart.

This fan is great and I will actively seek out buying from this brand in the future. I have an old 20-inch floor fan just like this one and it is "loud" to most people, but I need the noise to sleep. Traveling is always a challenge because it is difficult to lug a 20-inch fan around but I need the noise and the airflow. We are going on a cruise and fans must be 12in or smaller, so I got this one hoping it would be noisy enough for us. I think it has the perfect amount of noise for the average person. It isn't too loud but loud enough for someone who sleeps with a larger fan on high. The speed is insane. The high setting almost seems faster than my 20-inch fan. It is small enough you can easily carry it inside hotels without the embarrassment of lugging a large fan or its small enough you could pack it in a suitcase. I highly recommend this fan.
