PROBABLY QUITE GOOD....
There seems to be more acceptance these days regarding the importance of Omega-3 and the health benefits of taking a supplement such as this one. Whatever, it is up to the individual to decide for themselves. Personally, I have been taking Omega 3 for some time, so I am always willing to try the different brands. This particular Omega 3 supplement provides high doses of both EPA and DHA but the packaging suggests a serving of 2 capsules, which contradicts the suggestion of one a day in the product listing here on Amazon. So, you are either getting 30 days supply or just 15 depending on which dosage you follow. The capsules come in 3 blister packed sheets and are boxed, The pack I got only has foreign text ( Nordic?) so it is difficult to get more than just basic information. Having said that, the contents are more than acceptable regarding strength, and do state that they are gluten free and also halal produced. The capsules are standard sized 'torpedo' shape.Because of this, and the confusion regarding dosage, I can only give 3 stars rating, even though I think this supplement is actually quite good- I will go by the one-a-day dosage since they are higher in strength than average capsules.

High strength; expensive
I've been habitually taking Omega 3 supplements for more than a dozen years. I’ll admit that I don't leap out of bed every morning or have a spring in my step because of them, I just take them because I don't always eat enough fish and the overall health benefits of Omega 3 have been well documented (and recently disputed!) over the years. These are not the smallest but they are easy to swallow - I just pop one in my mouth as I’m about to swallow a mouthful of breakfast. 2500mg strength, one capsule per day should cover most people's needs. Unusually, they're in blister packs not a plastic bottle, which is actually quite handy if you're going on holiday. All of the literature on the box is in Turkish and they are quite expensive compared to some, but by no means all, of the competition.
