This is a quality ice pack device. It gets nice and cold, and it stays cold for a long time, allowing it to be very effective. I have found it easy to use. I also use the ice pack alone to ice other places. The pain relief is great. I think it is a good value too. I would buy this one again.

This works but not quite how i'd prefer. It doesn't fit me quite right and I have to use a clip to hold it in place (not included). It also sweats a lot when it thaws out which I haven't experienced with similar products. So while I love the idea i'm not entirely sold on this ones execution.

Great size and easy to use and clean. I love that it gets so cold when kept in the freezer but gel stays flexible. Works well on shoulders, neck and lower back! Super soft and thick. Great value for the price!

This works really well and worth the price. I injured my neck and shoulder area due to a fall and this ice pack stays cold for a long time after removing it from the freezer. Nice coverage around my neck and shoulder area. I actually bought one for a friend who has a few neck injuries!

Great customer service! I was not happy with the product because it does not press against the neck area when on, as intended. Although, I do not recommend this product, their hand and waist ice pack are great. The company reached out to me to make my purchase right. Thank you
