We purchased two of these for our kids last year and they are STILL playing with them. They are great. I purchased extra small stuffed animals and squishies to insert.

This is a cute idea. The music is loud and anxiety inducing...it goes faster as you run out of time. You can't put very much stuff in the machine or the claw won't operate well. Not for very small kids. I wouldn't recommend for kids that are sensitive to loud noise.

Don’t buy this. Yea, kids love claw machines, but after the initial joy of seeing this box, it will be all tears. Crying out of frustration that the claw barely has the strength to pick up a fun sized candy or toy, but definitely does not have the ability to retain that item all the way back over to the drop zone. The jerky mechanics of the claw itself will cause the item to come loose from the claw, sending kids into a tailspin. Or the claw just won’t have the power to grab anything to begin with.Plus the insanely loud music (that speeds up as your time is running out) is enough to trigger anxiety in any child and adult. My god, I understand music, but must it be so loud? An off switch for the music would be preferred.I do not recommend. It’s junk.

The music is VERY LOUD!!! AND VERY ANNOYING! when you switch the machine ON. The music starts playing and there is no way to turn the music off. I regret not doing more research before buying this for that one reason.

This is a great toy. Provides hours of endless entertainment for my children. Winner every time!

The machine works well. Tokens are a bit annoying. But the worst thing about this machine is no volume control! The music that plays is so loud

Unfortunately it doesn’t work properly. You have to insert plastic coins that come with it in order to turn it on but when you put the coins in the slot it doesn’t work. It’s almost as if the coins aren’t thick enough for the machine to register. I had to put a folded up piece of thick paper in the slot to get it to work. It’s also super super loud and obnoxious. There is no button to turn the music off or lower it. The claw itself doesn’t work that great. It’s very hard to pick things up. I filled it with fun sized candy (Twix, Milky Way, KitKat etc.) and it’s extremely hard for the claw to grasp it smooth items. You also have to have 2 or 3 items inside to get the claw to grab it. Very disappointed as it was one of many gifts for my 6 year old twins. I will definitely be returning and looking for a new machine.
