I’m Very Happy With This Purchase
I was anxious to find a very good cord-free backpack vacuum cleaner. After reading all of the reviews for similar items, I settled on this one. I am very happy with this purchase. This appears to be very well built. It is lightweight (the bulk of the weight is in the two batteries.) The backpack is comfortable and easy to secure. The vacuum has excellent suction and comes with an array of nozzles. The batteries are accessed one at a time. So, one must be fully drained before the power of the second battery is accessed. Each lasts about 20 minutes. So, in theory, you can be recharging the first drained battery while you continue to vacuum with the second battery; and then continue with the recharged first battery. All in all, I am very pleased. (I took another Reviewer’s advice and ordered extra vacuum bags at the time of purchase.)

Complain, overview
Don’t have enough suction to vacuum carpet or basically anything and the battery don’t last long enough.

Does the job but it's a bit clunky and awkward
The negatives: Each battery last about 25 - 30 minutes on high setting, but they also take at least an hour to charge. So you need 3 batteries if you want more than a one hour use.The attachment connection is very old school and needs updating. When wearing the pack, you have to secure the hose (like under your arm) and you need both hands to unscrew the connecting nut and screw on the new attachment. It's just outdated technology. Come on Sanitaire. Ever looked at a Dyson???There's no caddy to keep attachments with you so you need to either carry a bag with the attachments, or run back to wherever they are stashed to switch from one to the other. When using both aluminum extension tubes the rig is too long and gangly for small spaces. I discovered I could reduce the size by eliminating one of the tubes, although I'm not sure it's intended that way. Then I could fit in the stairwell without the tubing bumping up on the ceiling/wall and leaving black marks.Battery disconnection is difficult. You must remove backpack, set it down, orient it so gravity is helping, press the release button, pull the battery off it's connection. If you have arthritis in your hands, don't buy this product. This also goes for the charging cradle. Ego has solved this issue. Again, Sanitaire, maybe try some other products and change your design to improve ease of use.I like the hanging remote on a cable to check battery life and switch device on/off. That's a nice feature. The suction is really good. It's not too loud. It's not too heavy.Overall, it's a good product but it needs some design updates to get a better score.

Just do it.... you'll be happy with it
I hesitated for a long time to purchase this product, and now that I have, I'm so glad I did. It has made cleaning for my business much more efficient. The batteries have a great life, and charge fairly quickly for their size. The backpack is super light weight. It is very quiet. The suction is alright, wish it was a little more high powered for bigger debris items. I despise the floor attachments that came with it. I like a motorhead, so i took my proteam motorhead off my corded backpacks and it works great. Overall great product, may end up purchasing another one for the rest of my staff.

Cordless backpack vacuum
After using a few times, those twin batteries aren’t charging. Where can I return the product back for a refund?

Great in short bursts
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCJVVPLH/The above link takes you to the bags if you're looking for them. They aren't cheap, but nothing about this vacuum is. You'll want to order some of those if you order this, because the vacuum comes with a grand total of one bag. The replacement batteries also cost more than a lot of entire vacuums. This thing surprised me in a few areas. First, it's not very heavy. Once it's on my back, it just feels like I'm wearing any random backpack. The batteries are probably the heaviest part. The second surprising part was how quiet it was. It obviously makes noise, but nowhere near as much as you might think. As far as the size and weight goes, it's definitely easier if you aren't tiny. I'm 6'1" and had no problems with it. It looked a bit ridiculous on my cousin's 5' wife. She definitely thought it was heavier than I did. My 11 year old twins are already about 5'8", but as skinny as you'd expect for 11 year old girls, and they didn't have any problems with it. My goofy 6 year old tried it out but it was entirely too large for her. It's quite powerful. It definitely will work wherever you'd hope a vacuum would work. It does seem happiest on indoor/outdoor type carpet. The flat, low pile stuff. I used it all over the great room, which is an enormous room with hardwood floors and rugs all over the place. With the right attachments, I was able to clean basically all of it. It will try to suck up smaller rugs if you aren't careful. I was able to get edges and corners with it, which is something that not all vacuums do well.Would I recommend this in a commercial setting? Well, you'd need about 8 sets of these batteries for one 8 hour shift. That would be a tad ridiculous. If your employee uses the most powerful setting, it will drain the batteries in less than an hour. A lot of people go straight for the most power, so you can expect that to happen. The batteries take hours to charge, so you aren't going to just quickly charge them and get back to work. You really need multiple sets for all day use. It is quicker than a corded vacuum, but a corded vacuum requires an outlet that doesn't go dead after an hour. If you are mobile cleaner, and quickly clean an office or something and then move on, this will probably get the office clean, but then need recharged. Unless the next cleaning spot is several states over, you aren't fully charging those batteries in your car with an inverter on the way to the next place. I prefer it for home use, since I am usually done with whatever cleaning I wanted to do within an hour.
