It's good. Very comfortable. It takes a little effort putting it on in the begining. You need to put your toes in these tiny openings for a proper fit. You'll get use to it.

Help but can’t wear with socks
Really help when I’m at home and barefoot. Can’t wear with shoes or socks unfortunately.They roll up my foot too easily when putting on pants or socks. Need extra wide shoes to wear outside the house.

Almost comfortable
My sister raved about this toe spacer, so I bought a pair while I recover from bunion surgery. Because my foot and toes are still swollen, I can only wear without shoes or slippers. I am sure once the swelling leaves, these will be more comfortable.
