Gorgeous but not just simple plug in and use
Really nice looking lights, I absolutely love the shade of white. Its very warm and relaxing. These do need wiring up and they will requite soldering if you want to shorten them, they require a 100w 24v power supply. Not just something you can plug in and use. They are 10 watts per metre, roll is 10 metres. Very bright lights. They do look gorgeous but if you aren't familiar with electrics than you either want an electrician to wire these up or just simply go for a different product. They're really nice though!

A little too bright, but look lovely
Easy to fit, connection was a breeze, the L-shaped joiners work without any problems (provided you remember that LED's only work "one way"... ahem) and adhesion is good.With hindsight i'd have chosen something a little less bright... but at the time I had no reference point, still - they do look great and i'm pleased with how it all turned out.

Lights died
I used this 2-3 times, then it died. Seems poor quality

Let there be light, and there was light.
Illuminating product. I've never used COB lighting before but this was super easy to use. The light is warm, dimmable, and only on the lowest setting without a diffuser can you see gapping.Liked it so much I walked around the house looking for other opportunities to use it!

Bright ribbon of light
The cob lights are good. They are bright and appear as a long ribbon of light. There is a 10m length and this can be cut to the required length at the marked places. This reel is just the lights. There is no power supply, no connectors, no remote control. The lights are flexible. I have used them to light under my kitchen units using the adhesive by removingthebacking tape (picture to follow when project completed) and have had no problem at corners (the lights are out of sight so I'm not too worried about perfection). They require a DC24 volt adapter and if there was any disadvantage to these lights I'd say the bulk of the required adapter. They are very simple to use and can be used on a variety of projects.They are great and I'm happy with them.They cost £36.88 for one single length of 10m.
