The media could not be loaded. I recently got this for Xmas! I was in serious need for a better storage box for all my comics to be organised into! I did a big sort out and not only does this fit the comics perfectly, but it is strong and durable! It says you can fit 180-200 comics, I counted I was able to put 321 of my comics, and a few dividers in this with enough wriggle room to grab the comics! I also put my little business card in the front pocket, it zips up and velcro smoothly, and is easy to carry, even when heavy, couldn’t recommend anything better! I may buy a 2nd one for more comics to come! 🤩

I was looking for something a little smarter looking than a normal cardboard short box for my comic collection and this fit the bill perfectly. The fact that it appears somewhat water resistant and potentially fire resistant are also a plus, but I cannot comment on the effectiveness of these claims and hopefully it will never need to be tested for either! It is of course more expensive than a typical short box, but in my opinion, it is worth it. Once folded out it is sturdy and of good quality. There is limited flex once filled with comics. The zips are useful to keep it sealed shut and the velcro flaps conveniently fold over the zips for extra security. The zips are perhaps not the highest quality, but they seem sufficient. It has a textured feel to the outer shell material and very grippy rubberised feet on each corner. Overall, I would recommend if you want a short box that looks smart and has extra protection over standard cardboard boxes.

While it seems expensive these are actually fantastic. BTW perfect for also holding blu rays 2 deep.

I really like these storage cases. They are sturdy, supposedly waterproof and fireproof not that I ever hope to test that ability. I have 5 of them now and they are much better than cardboard or flimsy plastic which will just disintegrate in time. The only thing I would say is they say it’s stackable, but as it doesn’t have solid rigid corners I wouldn’t stack them. Fully filled they are heavy and I wouldn’t want to risk damaging the comics by stacking the cases on top of each other. I’ll definitely be buying more and recommend them to other collectors.

Keeps vintage collector Comice protected and pristine

I've just bought a second one after filling my first. Just the right size for a load of comics, and even when completely full and quite heavy it doesn't appear to have any buckling. It's got both zips and velcro to keep the top closed, so if you have to store it in an attic or similar you won't end up with dust and grit in your collection. Haven't tested how waterproof it is but it seems to be pretty thick. Can't fault this. (In a perfect world I think I'd prefer them to be a bit shorter, so they don't get quite so heavy when full, and also so they'd fit onto Ikea Billy bookshelves better - they take up about three quarters of the length of a normal shelf, but that's more of a wish list change rather than a fault with the product).

While sold as a comic storage box, this is basically a moisture and fire-resisting storage box.Yes, you could keep comics or books in this box, but you could store other things equally.The internal dimensions are 18.5cm wide by 26.5cm deep, rounded down to the nearest 5mm.Construction is robust, although less rigid than wood, metal or even plastic storage, it comes with two side carry handles and a "belt and braces" zip and velcro tab sealed lid.The price point reflects that this resists moisture and fire, which is something most storage options do not, so I think it is fair, and the neat detailing of the construction justifies it.This is a good storage solution for more valuable comics (perhaps not Action #1) or similar items.
