Still Comfortable after hours of gaming.
Super Comfortable gaming chair and the pillow is like putting your head on a marshmallow.

Beautiful chair, but came in broken.
I really was looking forward to putting my chair together; it looks very nice, and the seats feel cushiony without it being too much.However, I was not able to enjoy my chair after having waited for it for a long time. The side cover came in broken. I could’ve fixed it with some crazy glue but that would be a temporary fix at best. This chair was expensive, and I should be able to expect better from Cooler Master. I’m very disappointed, but I will buy another one after returning this one. I will update my review depending on what condition it comes in. I’m already not sure if I should be a returning customer.

Broke within 4 months
Chair was purchased because Amazon advertised it as being better for wider frames. Within 4 months, the side support of the U shaped seat broke. Currently trying to find contact information for the seller, per the 2 year warranty, to figure out the first step to either replacing the chair or getting a refund.
