I bought my sister a bike for her 60th Birthday she loved that I added this basket and some artificial flowers. The basket is well-made and has a stylish unique look. She has received many compliments while taking leisurely rides through her neighborhood. PS her nickname is Weezer hence the references on the bike and water bottle.

I received my basket on schedule and it a nice basket except it is sort of misshapen. When looking at it straight on it leans to the side. That being said I am hoping that it won’t affect its function. I am going to create or find a cover that I can use on it to keep things from falling out on a ride. It would be a good thing to add to the basket. Something like a fabric shower cap with a drawstring to secure it.

I love the look and style of this basket for the classic look i was going for as well as functionality.I expect it to serve me well.

Just as a previous reviewer stated, I don't know how this thing made it to the warehouse to be sold to the public as this quality and workmanship are "POOR" at best! This basket is twisted, deformed, misshapened and poorly aligned! Requesting a replacement so we'll see how that one looks...yikes!Replacement Basket Review: Sorry, unfortunately, the replacement was equally poor quality...not sure if it's a bad "lot" or if they are all this bad and everyone is just accepting them like this...anyway, another return. I am giving this item one last chance and will follow-up with a review on that one as well. Good luck if you order this...I haven't had any...Received my 3rd and last basket today...sheesh, seriously, after multiple poor reviews about quality, wouldn't you put some effort into doublechecking product going out the door? Anyway, another poor quality item...the mount is askew and will not sit on bike straight, the weave is lopsided so one side is noticeably higher than the other. Now, the huge problem is I HAVE to keep this last one and modify it to make it fit and look right. Again, if you don't heed the warnings of others, good luck with this item...not worth it.

Bike shop shared it was the easiest basket they have installed and had the best hardware. I like that the basket does not hang over. The ratan is beautiful. The basket is deep enough that items don't fall out. Very satisfied with my purchase. Now I am eyeing the front basket!
