The most colorful kids bike I have ever seen! [UPDATED REVIEW]
This bike was purchased for a 6 year old who absolutely adored it. The bike was almost assembled. The only assembly required was the front wheel, handlebar, seat and pedals. The front basket and rear doll seat were a quick install as well. The bike looks EXACTLY as pictured here on Amazon page. It is absolutely beautiful and gets a lot of attention. The handlebar is fixed-height and cannot be adjusted. The seat can be adjusted to different height levels. However, at its lowest, it bumps into the doll seat. But the doll seat's bracket can be easily bent to adjust it to a lower position allowing enough room for both seats. Although I would have preferred the doll seat to be a bit further behind the bike seat for more room, given that the bracket can be bent, it's not a deal breaker. The basket attachment ties were flimsy so I opted to use regular zip ties that do a much better job of keeping the basket in place and tightly secure.Overall, this bike is perfect for a girl aged between 3 and 7 (depending on her height).'''' UPDATE 10/01/2015 ''''We have had this bike for more than a year now. I am happy to report that it still rides like the day it was assembled. The doll seat and basket have stayed in place. None of the colorful decals peeled off. When I first got it, I was a bit concerned that colors might fade because of exposure to sun or rain. I’m happy to report that the paint and decals lasted all these months without a problem. If I could give it six stars I would. This is a very well designed, high quality bike.

Great Bike
This bike was an excellent purchase! My daughter absolutely loves it, and it has been a joy to see her so excited to ride. The training wheels are perfectly level, making for a smooth and easy ride that gives her confidence. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the clear and simple instructions. Highly recommend this bike for anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-assemble option for their little one!

A great bike!
LOVE This bike for my 5 year old. The basket is adorable and the doll seat is a HUGE hit with her. It is a bit difficult to get the bike seat not to rest on the back wheel, but once you maneuver it a bit, it totally works. Putting together the bike in general was fairly easy as these things go. The colors are great and the bike seems strong. It is quite heavy and solid. My only negative is that there is no kickstand. IT has training wheels so it doesn't matter at this point, but when those training wheels come off, we will have a bike that just gets tossed on the ground when not in use and that is too bad. However, I am sure we can add a kickstand, but still, I would have preferred if it came with one.

Five-year-old granddaughter LOVES this bike! Well constructed and balanced; Smooth ride but can go fast!
I purchased this for my five-year-old granddaughter for her birthday in May after hearing her crying that she didn't want to ride her brother's hand-me-down bike. When I was visiting a few weeks ago, I finally got to see her ride it! She is small for her age, and the seat is set at the lowest setting. Unfortunately, her father did not attach the doll carrier before attaching the seat, and he hasn't found the time to put it on. (I'm a little upset, but my granddaughter doesn't seem to notice.) She has been riding it for four months, and her parents have no complaints. This bike looks just as bold and loud as it does it the pictures. My granddaughter picked it out, and my daughter thinks she was rebelling against her brother's hand-me-downs. It is really cute, but it also is an well-constructed bike. The training wheels are balanced, and it rides smoothly. She is able to pretty fast on it, and she is kind of a speed demon.

Great value & most good things but 2 caveats.
My girl loves this bike. She's old enough to balance, so we took off the training wheels. It's very colorful and the purple tires are quite attractive. The assembly was not as "easy" as it seems (and I'm a pretty handy guy) as to the sequence of parts for handlebar stem - luckily there's a couple of Youtubes to check out online - especially around the handle fork and how to insert properly.Since we leave it outside, we cover it with a large bike cover (not included and had to get an adult bike cover) so the colors won't fade and rain can't affect it.2 caveats / beware u should know:- NO KICKSTAND INCLUDED ! You cannot imagine how hard it is to find an affordable one in Amazon. Most are for adult bikes. Only 1 or 2 vendors hog this space for center-mounted 16" bike stand, and it costs $30 to $35. Why did the manufacturer go cheap here ? I would willingly pay another $10 or $20 for a bike stand that was made to fit it. (I'm still waiting for my stand)- The axle nuts do get loose ! Luckily there's a safety catch that keeps the wheels to the bike, but parents MUST check the nuts every 2 to 3 months. It could be the cold / heat expansion causing this.Other than those 2 issues - it's a great bike - my girl loves it. The colors are doing good. Be sure to use a cover (not included) protects it from sun fading and rain - AND check those wheel nuts !

perfect bike for 5 year old!
We got this bike for.my daughter's 5th birthday. She loved the colors and the fact that it had a basket and a place to put her dolls. Assembly was fairly quick (about 1 1/2 hours) and easy, although it came with no written instructions but an advisement to have a professional assemble it. So, if your not handy, probably do need to take it to someone to finish assembly. The bike does come 80% assembled as promised. The bike is also very well made. Mu daughter has already taken several good falls on it and there is no damage, just a few scratches. Lastly, this bike will grow with her for at least a couple years. She is 42" tall and the seat is currently set at the lower end with plenty of length left to raise the seat. And, because of the decor theme, she will not outgrow it like she might with a princess or Dora bike. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry.
