Abigail Adams: First Lady of Faith and Courage (Sower Series) Paperback – June 3, 2002

A wonderful depiction of the life of Abigail Adams and just how amazing she was. She gave so much for our country and I am so grateful this book is available for children. My boys enjoyed reading about this heroine, learning how much she sacrificed and realizing heroes can be women too.

This is basically a diary of Abigail Adams written in a very readable manner. Although she was a powerful lady in the governance of the early US, this was more about her as a woman.

Bought for my 6th grade daughter as per a recommendation. She LOVED it! Couldn't put it down. Wonderful book!

I ordered three Sower Series biographies and have always found them delightful for kids and adults alike.

Its a good series tells the the story of the person in an interesting way from a christian perspective

Very good book. Daughter and I read it as part of our study on American history.
