Fresh, and no mess!
The birds at my two feeders were delighted to get sunflower hearts instead of the whole seed. The package was double sealed, possibly for freshness or extra protection from shipping. Time to order again.

My bird is dead after feeding this product to her!
I am so ashamed for feeding this to my bird. The seed kept peeling, and it killed my sweet birds. It was so hulley... Please don't feed this product to your bird. Don't make my mistake!
