I had a small improvement, but not near the level that was described. The mouth piece is useless, too big and uncomfortable and keeps you away from falling asleep which helps with the snoring. The nose clamps falls off. I had a unfortunate experience of ordering the kit with small size ring and when I contacted the customer service, the reply came so late that the product was already shipped and they couldn't make any changes, and their only offer was that I order second ring which I could receive a small discount for.

Honestly? The ring thing is tiny and pinches the skin (I have adjusted it to the correct size using ring sizers from my jewellery business). The nose clip with the magnets? It falls off when you move, making you search for it in case it gets lost. As for the mouth guard/gum shield, this works best of all as it really does prevent sleep, with a mouthful of saliva and no way of doing anything with it, you drool like a dog. No wonder this lot stops snoring, it works by stopping you from sleeping.

A really good starter kit to see what works for you. the mouth guard together with the nose clip did it for me, no sore throat in the morning and my partner is sleeping better too (I think my little finger must be too chubby to be pressing the acupressure points !!)

None of the three works or all three together!!!

Delivered next day and actually makes a difference . Didn't stop snoring completely but lowers sounds and volume ! I don't know how it works but it does !!!
