Best thing ever!
This lifted lumbar support cushion is absolutely the best thing ever! I suffer with back pain and this cushion relieved a lot of the pain. It has you sitting with perfect posture. At first use it is a little uncomfortable. This is mainly due to the fact my chair doesn’t have lumbar support. However, after a using it daily my back no longer aches constantly. It’s wonderful! I will say it was packaged extremely well.

It's cheaper than an office chair with the same lumbar and adjustability
TO my surprise, the box it arrive in was VERY SMALL, as I opened it up I realize it's very much like one of those mattresses, vacuum packed.Takes about an hour to fully inflate and air out as instructed.I use it on a kitchen chair as that is my temporary office until our basement is completed. So far I'm happy with it as it supports my posture and adjusts in all the right places.Build quality is good enough it should last the duration of a dozen years if treated correctly. Used in direct sunlight in a vehicle I can't say with any certainty.I cut off the sewn on straps one may use to attach to a car seat I suppose, the bottom of this will grip most car seats but that is a choice you may make to leave them or not, I found them intrusive for me.Overall, pretty happy with this as is my back so a win-win.

Surprisingly effective for posture
Overall, I would recommend you try this product.I work from home, so I was interested to see how this vacuum-sealed foam lumbar support might help with my lower back pain, posture, and comfort while seated for longer periods. The product took a day or two to decompress out of the vacuum seal. The cushion comes with a thank-you card and a QR code from the manufacturer that links to a how-to video. I opened the vacuum seal and allowed the cushion to decompress for a couple of days.Initially, I thought the design was too simple, but now I realize it is a somewhat clever design; the back support is a foam seat and back cushion with some extra foam in the lumbar area. Adjustable clips run from the upper back and attach to the front of the seat cushion. This forces you to sit up straight and sit against the lumbar support. In terms of pain relief, the product somewhat alleviated my back and butt pain when sitting for long periods of work. In terms of support, the product is effective, however I would prefer if the lumbar support height were more adjustable. Overall, the cushion is comfortable, but it may make you feel like you are forced to lean forward, which is the point. Give this cushion a shot.

If you have a small bootie, this is perfect. If not, keep looking.
The design, as shown by all their images, is the back support should nestle into the lower back and force you to sit up properly. By the time my well-rounded derriere fits into this cushion, the back support was being pulled down to shove annoyingly at the iliac-crests and sacrum. This makes leaning back a whole new experience in uncomfortable as the area from lower back upward is literally without support and being held 5-6 inches from the back of the chair. But at least the lower area works, you ask? Ahem, no. I should have paid more attention to the images, even in them you can see the person seated has their lower thighs 'lapping over' the edge of the cushion. For those of us with larger butts, this thing results in not having enough length along the back of the thighs to keep the legs from feeling like the support just drops away. The edge pushing awkwardly at the back of the thighs and causing constant shifting and trying to lift your legs (even with a foot stool) to stop that pressure...adding pain to hips and oddly the knees. The long and short of it? If you are like me and you have a well-rounded backside, this is not the support you are looking for.

Relieves back pain
This was hard to adjust to at first. The lumps and bumps were annoying at first. But after a day of adjustment it was fantastic. It helped my posture and less back aches. I am so glad I got this. Great buy!!!!!
